I highly recommend Car Tunes Allen Park! Dave really took good care of me last Monday 8/24 and I am very happy with the Audison 10 inch Subwoofer in my truck. More importantly than that it was the amazing customer service I received. My prior visit was with Tom and he took good care of me! You see the pattern here? Consistent Customer service is rare. All I can say is wow, I went in thinking about cheaping out and just doing an amp and some decent component speakers to replace the 6x9’s in my 2026 RCSB F150. Tom thought a sub would be required finish off the sound. After I settled on a Audison sub, I decided that the components should get a serious upgrade too and I settled on Hertz. When I picked it up, Tom auditioned the system and holy shit, it was so clean, even at an insane volume. The stereo and the tint are top notch and I couldn’t be happier.

Car Tunes in Allen Park Is a great place. They installed a new stereo in my Camaro Iroc Z28 in the Fall. I recently had my two side windows on my Jeep Grand Cherokee tinted, and they match perfect to the other windows. I am very happy and will be taking my BMW Next week to have all the windows tinted on it. Tom and his staff are excellent to work with!!

I purchased a particular car radio several years ago and over the years experienced several issues with it. Initially when I went back they did some things to try to fix it but after that I just dealt with it. Today I finally had enough and went back not expecting anything but maybe a small discount on a new unit. Tom, the manager, did some leg work making calls and he was able to warranty the unit even though it was past that. That's not good customer service, that's GREAT customer service! I'll be going back there for all my future car audio needs! Good stuff!

Excellent customer service for sure! Very nice people, very helpful, very patient, all around very good store to go to. If you’re looking for any car audio needs, definitely go to this store.
